- AK - Alaska AT Project - The purpose of the AT Project is to ensure all Alaskans have the assistive technology and related services needed to live, work and participate in their community.
- AL - STAR Program - The mission of the STAR program is to enhance independence, productivity and quality of life for all Alabamians with disabilities through access to assistive technology devices and services.

- AR - Increasing Capabilities Access Network - ICAN, a federally funded program of Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, is designed to make technology available and accessible for all who need it. ICAN is a funding information resource and provides information on new and existing technology free to any person regardless of age or disability.
- AZ - Arizona Technology Access Program - The Arizona Technology Access Program (AzTAP) was established in October 1994, and is a part of a national network of technology-related assistance programs. The mission of the AzTAP is to (a) increase access to assistive technology (AT) devices and services for individuals with disabilities and their families, and (b) facilitate the development of a consumer-responsive AT service delivery system.

- LA - Louisiana Assistive Technology Access Network - LATAN is an organization that connects individuals with disabilities and older persons to the Assistive Technology (AT) that enables independence in employment, school, and community living. Services include technology demonstrations, device loans, financial loans, the AT Marketplace, a computer ReUse program, and assistance with emergency preparedness. LATAN accepts donations of AT.
- MD - Maryland Technology Assistance Program (MD TAP) - The Maryland Technology Assistance Program (MD TAP) provides tools to help Marylanders with disabilities and seniors enjoy the same rights and opportunities as other citizens. These tools are called "assistive technology" or "AT". Assistive Technology (AT) is any item needed to live, work or learn more independently. The program provides a streamlined service of product information, consultation, and resource assistance in order to make assistive technology more available, affordable and usable for Marylanders with disabilities and seniors.
- ME - Maine Consumer Information and Technology Training Exchange (CITE) - A statewide project designed to help make assistive and universally designed technology more available to Maine children and adults who have disabilities. Services include: Partnerships - Providing AT services and devices; Alternative Financing - Affordable loan program; Recycle Devices; Training and Workshops; Policy Research and Program Development; News and Information; National Connections to Organizations and agencies.
- MN - Minnesota STAR Program - STAR informs Minnesotans about issues of assistive technology, opens the door to assistive technology for the citizens of Minnesota through state and federal legislation, works with state agencies and builds/maintains community collaborative and communication efforts.
- MO - Missouri Assistive Technology - To increase access to assistive technology for Missourians with all types of disabilities, of all ages. Device loans, demonstrations, recycling.
- MP - Northern Mariana Islands STRAID - To enhance the quality of life and opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the Commonwealth, enabling them to become independent, productive, integrated, and fully included in the community through systems change activities which increase access and utilization of Assistive Technology devices and services. - MS - Mississippi Project START - To ensure the provision of appropriate Technology-Related services for Mississippians with disabilities by increasing the awareness of and access to Assistive Technology and by helping the existing service systems to become more consumer responsive so that all Mississippians with disabilities will receive appropriate Technology-Related services and devices.

- NJ - Disability Rights New Jersey - consumer-directed, non-profit organization that serves as New Jersey's designated protection and advocacy system for people with disabilities in the state. In partnership with individuals with disabilities and their families, DRNJ works to protect and advance the rights of people with disabilities. DRNJ provides information and referral and a broad range of advocacy services. The Assistive Technology Advocacy Center serves as New Jersey's federally funded assistive technology project through a sub-contract with New Jersey's Department of Labor. - SC - South Carolina Assistive Technology Program - The South Carolina Assistive Technology Program (SCATP) is a federally funded program concerned with getting technology into the hands of people with disabilities so that they might live, work, learn and be a more independent part of the community. As part of a national network of technology-related assistance programs, our goal is to enhance independence, productivity and quality of life for all South Carolinians through access to assistive technology devices and services. We provide an equipment loan and demonstration program, an on-line equipment exchange program, training, technical assistance, publications, an interactive CDROM (SC Curriculum Access through AT), an information listserv and work with various state committees that affect AT acquisition and IT accessibility. We link people with technology and work with consumers, service providers, state agencies and policy makers.
- SD - South Dakota DakotaLink - A statewide program of resources and supports that enable individuals in South Dakota greater access to assistive technology devices and services, to maintain independence, to explore funding options, and to become educated about assistive technology issues. DakotaLink can provide product information on Assistive Devices and specializes in providing installation, setup and training on equipment for computer access. DakotaLink has Nationally Certified Technology Specialists who can provide on-site evaluations or services at one of the four statewide demonstration centers to determine the most economical and feasible equipment to best serve individual needs. Staff is also available for presentations, training activities, and technical assistance.
- TN - Tennessee Technology Access Project (TTAP) - he Tennessee Technology Access Program (TTAP) is a statewide program designed to increase access to, and acquisition of, assistive technology devices and services. Through it’s four core programs: Funding Assistance, Device Demonstration, Device Loan and Device Reutilization, TTAP and a network of five assistive technology centers help people with disabilities and their families find and get the tools that they need to live independent, productive lives where and how they choose.

WisTech provides information on selecting, funding, installing and using assistive technology. State Leadership activities such as training, technical assistance, public awareness, collaboration and coordination, and data reporting and collection.
