Automatic urine collection system with bidet and drying functions for improved hygiene and to reduce the occurrence of bedsores. It has battery backup which will allow for 36 hours of portable use. Eliminates the need for diapers and or Foley catheters. Also measures urine output.

Function

The origin of the automatic urine collector was rooted in a medical doctor's idea. Working in the medical field, he realized that there were only two kinds of equipment for the management of a patient's urination - diapers and the Foley Catheter. These two applications also have a long history of problems. So he decided to develop an electrical urine treating device for better care of bedridden patients. There has never been a device like PAUCS before, but now PAUCS is available for patients. This small device (<5 lbs.) can accommodate 1.9 liters of urine which is 0.5L more than the normal patients one day urination (~1.45L), with a clean water bidet and drying function. CareClean 3000 saves labor, time, and costs of caring for patients, thus reducing the possibilities of skin rash and sores, and UTI (Urinary Tract Infection).

With an embedded rechargeable battery, CareClean 3000 is fully portable; it can be used in bed, in a wheelchair, or in a car.

System comes complete with main unit, male and female cups, and undergarment.
